When did you become a fan?
I liked "I'm like a Bird" but really became a fan when she released "turn off the light" and the rest is history.

since I'm like a bird. I was watching the video and i Was " I would to buy her cd. this song sounds great." After that I went to a disco shop and i noticed she had a song in portuguese (Onde est?s). So I bought it and became a fan!

I like her after I herd Powerless, but after she relased forca, i bought the album and become a fan. Three Months later I bought whoa, nelly! in a CD-Shop too.

I've been a fan of Nelly Furtado since I heard her sng on the radio. I alreday liked her before I ever saw her video "I'm Like A Bird". Well........basically since 2000. I was starting Grade 3 back then.

i have been a fan since I'm like a bird but it is weird the first album i bought was Folklore of hers. i guess that is when i became a serious fan but i always like Shit On the Radio seriously (my fav song ever lol) i hope i didn't confuse anyone lol

I became a fan in 2003, I knew alot about her already at that point and just started to listen to alot of her music and ever since it stuck i got her new album round about then - Folklore, which i enjoyed and to this day i'm a fan of nelly.

In 2000 when i saw her in the inflight magzine on my holiday to hawaii they had a interview with her and she sounded unique freespirited diverse with her music and just after i arrived and woke up the next morning and saw "i like a bird" on tv it got me hooked and really got stuck in my head and been a fan ever since and then meeting her a year later topped it off.
