I run my finger across what would be your cheek
Close my eyes tightly though my eyes still leak
I can feel my heart beat faster every time you smile
It just hurts me more cause of the separating miles
My lips they tremble as I watch you staring away
The atmosphere turns cold, then I hate living this way
I can feel my heart crumbling, my soul becomes so alone
This pain is unbearable, our love set in a hard stone
You were a turning point in my life, I saw faith again
Giving up months of love, letting all that lust end
I threw it all away because I want you more than anything
All those tears and heartbreaks suddenly now mean nothing
You?re the new light of my life, I?m just hoping you can see it
Everything and the perfect one for you, I?m eagerly willing to be it
What are you feeling right now, what?s on your mind
Do you feel the same way I do, or do you think I?m blind
Am I making an idiot out of myself, do I seem ridiculous
Are you uncomfortable around me, am I seemingly delirious
Won?t you come and save me, won?t you be the hero of my dreams
I?m wanting you so bad, trust me, it?s a lot deeper than it seems
