So this poem was meant to be about jealousy.. then it went off course.. then got really long.. then I decided to end it abruptly. And I didn't use stanzas or commas or full stops.
Please do read and review. You can even write bad things about it, too. I won't get angry. I just might get you with my samurai sword, but oh, I'll still appreciate it so so so much! Heh heh, nah, please be honest.. I need the constructive criticism, or just the cynical criticism.. I just need reviews. Thanks a million.
The undying lust
the undermining trust
The stars with sparkling grins
told us in whispers no such sins
So we stared into the horizon
and watched day and night colliding
I could feel your breath on me
as you turn to look at me
And all I heard were confessions
Of something about true love and obsessions
The road began to open up
And we couldn't seem to get enough
Crickets happily serenaded us
While the giggling shrubs made a fuss
But your hand was firmly in my own
And your heart was the place I called home
Kisses planted softly so I didn't worry
Murmurs telling me not to be sorry
'Cos we'll make it through the night
Yeah we're gonna win even without a fight.
