it actually make sense to me that she didn't win. The other artists that are listed have always had a focus in R'n'B. Nelly is a different genre ever year lol. although she does have some hiphop roots aka the reason she was nominated. yeah loose is all hoppity and r'n'b, but she really hasn't made that type of mainstream music before.

The audience booo'd her when she won the 3rd award again.
