Does somebody can help me to work with photoshop..? I have it but its is so difficult to use.. I don't get it..

I find it really hard too, I prefer using paint shop pro x.

Just google it

It's difficult just to learn you how to use it, because I don't think anybody knows all it's secrets. I mean, it has got so many possibilities, that you only can try the different things to see the result, it's most of the time hard to know it before trying. Check out www.good-tutorials.com and try some of the different tutorials, maybe that can help you a little

I learned it from trying and trying and looking at tutorials, and I still don't know half of what it can do
