So what book are you reading?

I know this topic ha been posted before, but I thought I would bring it back because I love to read so much.
At the moment I am reading Tanquil, book 2 in the High Druid of Shannara series by Terry Brooks.
I try to read adleast 1 book a week, but more if I have time. So what book or books are you reading.

Smile Re: So what book are you reading?

I like to read when I have time to do it.
The last book complete that I read was "Poirot in Egypt" (Agatha Christie), and at the moment I'm reading "The Diary of Anne Frank" (everyone knows who wrote this, hehe).

Re: So what book are you reading?

i?m reading a Tom Clancy, i?ve had maybe 10 of his books now but are tired of his way of writing. My favourite writer is Jeffery Deaver; his best selling book The Bone Collector has been made a movie of, and this afternoon i?ve been to the library where i saw his newest book Garden of Beasts (dutch title Brandend ijs) and that one is next on the list. For me, Deaver is the d?Agostino of writing, versatile and always surprising.

btw the local library in my (little) village is being controlled by certain authorities, and books like the Da Vinci code simply arent there. Neither are books about (advances) science or evolution or whatever..kinda sad, aint it

and in a few weeks i?ll be reading my new textbooks that just arrived by post: a 30kg package, ?850 for just 1 year.

Re: So what book are you reading?

I read several books at the moment, some Agatha Christie and other stuff, no one I like that much. Well, I do like Agatha Christie. But I read "The Wind's Shadow" (don't know if that's the right title in English) by a Spanish writer a couple of weeks ago, that was so good! And of course I have read the last Harry Potter book
