Wed: Where to start, I got there a little late but it was all good cos a place was being held for me. Ran into a guy who we became friends with at Garbage. Had a lot of fun chatting with other fans. Most of us were not happy with someone who held a spot near the front for 10 other people, meaning we got pushed further back in the line.

got to the barrier but were directly in front of the speaker so yeah whenever the band was playing I got pounded by the vibrations. Took ages for my hearing to return to normal. Brian barely spoke to the auidence, however he was clearly distracted as lots of people were dragged over the barrier.
Space Monkey was hard to understand cos Brian sang it through a synthesizer thinggy,but good nonetheless. 10/10

Thurs

I missed two classes yesterday just so i could be at the front of the line. again hung out with cool people who made the trek from Melb to Syd whenever Placebo came. Interestingly, they said the Melb set list was different to Sydney. We chatted to the security guards who were monitoring the crowd; we were told that 160 people had been taken over the barrier the previous night, one poor girl had fractured ribs.
Last night we were right at the barrier again, directly in front of Stefan. The band must realised the problem with Space Monkey or something cos it wasn't played. Still they played a really good show. Can't wait until they come back 10/10
