The obsessed Nelly fan part 2

She is not everywhere, although there are many like her. If you see her, you will most definitely know. She will be talking about Nelly's newest hairstyle, her fellow fans, the most recent addition to her collection, etc. It seems like the list never ends, because to her it doesn't. She could talk about Nelly for hours, even days if you would let her. She talks about Nelly so much, almost as a broken record. One would definitely think so, if one didn't know any better. She is… the Obsessed Nelly Fan (ONF).
Whenever Nelly is on TV, she screams, jumps, and points at the television, causing quite a commotion. At times like these, she doesn't care about what other people think; she'll do it whether she's at home by herself, or in the crowded mall. It's about the same when Nelly is on the radio, too. But no matter. Whatever the circumstance or situation, she never ceases to make a scene when it comes to Nelly. Actions such as these make people believe she is psychotically obsessed. When you confront her about this "psychotic obsession," she'll either deny it, or say she's psychotically obsessed and proud of it!
To the ONF, the "Whoa, Nelly!" album was (and is) the greatest thing created next the Nelly herself and her fellow fans. She has memorized the lyrics, time, and meaning of each and every song. She has also read the lyric book from cover to cover, front and back, completely, practically one thousand times! The CD is almost always in her player. She's always either humming a tune or shouting a song at the top of her lungs if she can't listen to it, regardless of where she is. What is worse yet… when she is listening to it without headphones. She cranks up the volume, then tries to sing louder, causing people to complain (loudly), but once again, that never stops her from celebrating her fandom.
If there is something Nelly that she doesn't have, SHE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS IT NOW! She will do anything to get something she doesn't already have, whether it be giving her address out to someone she just met on AIM, a complete stranger, or simply begging until somebody gives in. She will get what she wants, no matter what it takes.
The ONF is also obsessed with anything associated with Nelly in any way, shape, or form. She could hate something one day, yet find out that Nelly loves it, then be completely in love with it the next day. She is very strange in such ways.
The ONF is almost always off in her own little Nelly world. There she can fantasize about meeting Nelly, her fellow fans, and she can even watch Nelly shows in her mind. It is really cool, but don't you even dare try to confront her about it. This is an area where she is offended easily, causing her to become very defensive.
The ONF couldn't say enough great things about Nelly, because to her, Nelly is a goddess. She could go on forever about Nelly's lyrics, soul, eyes, hair, skin, hands, clothes, and even her feet! She can name so many perfect things about Nelly; there are very few things that aren't so.
The ONF can relate everything in ordinary life to Nelly. Well, to some extent. She could look at something or someone could say/do something and she will automatically think of how much it is (or isn't) like Nelly. To her, everything revolves around Nelly.
The ONF has Nelly pictures galore. Nelly covers her wall, locker, notebook, and journal. This is another thing she simply can't get enough of. She constantly counts them, making sure she doesn't lose or misplace one. The world might just end if she does.
She also loves her fellow fans more than words can express (though not as much as Nelly) despite the face that they're not always the nicest people on this earth. To her, they are directly under Nelly, which makes them quite superior. She thinks that her fellow fans are much more significant than even her family, but well, well, what can she say? Absolutely nothing, except that it is 100% true.
The ONF never ceases to live up to her title. She will obsess and obsess and if you complain in the slightest about it, she will make sure she does it even more.
If you have ever been anywhere near the ONF, you would probably think that she's the most annoying person on this earth, but just so you know, if you are not a fellow Nelly Nelly fan, she thinks the same thing about you. She has altered a very popular saying to tell everybody everything they'll ever need to know. "If you don't have anything nice to say about Nelly, don't say anything at all!"

Now, on a scale from one to ten - one being bad, ten being good - please grade me. Honestly!!! One of my friends - who isn't a Nelly fan at all, though she does like ILAB - gave me a nine, only because she doesn't believe in giving tens. "There's always room for improvement," she says. I want to know what you all think. I would like suggestions!!! If you're an ONF yourself and there is something that isn't here, then I'll add it. Just let me know!

lol i dont know where i fit on that scale. i'd rather not rate myself actually, if im obsessed, then im obsessed. if people hate me for being obsessed, then hate me. if people think that im a lesbian, then...um, well no. but i still love her alot. she is the only person who can reach my lesbianism! but no one else! only nelly
um well anyway, yeah, like i said, i wont rate myself.

umm im a huge fan and i go to the extremes to see nelly in person and it scares me to think that i might be obsessed because im sure it scares the hell out of nelly so what keeps me grounded is im shy and wont ever get in her face and ask for a pic or autograph unless its something shes actually doing like an autograph session.So i think of myself as a devoted fan sounds much better right? lol
