Better than the first one. It makes Nelly so beautiful! I think the new versions are better than the frist ones. Except the All Good Things one, I think the original one is really good; The american version only has some really good extra images in the beach which are really amazing!

I like this new version of No Hay Igual too, it has so much more energy
In case anyone is interested, I put a bit of my friend Laura Furtado's dance to No Hay Igual up on youtube. You can see it here at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cnl84ZERKFI (jump to 4:08) Her website is here: http://www.laurafurtado.com/ Or.. you can click below and go to -5.21 A background of this performance, eight of us dancers from across North America of Azorean descent were sent by the Azorean government last July to collaborate on a 8-minute dance piece to traditional music in the course of 10 days. In addition we were asked to do a solo performance of our own dance discipline (as you can see above) in a theatre on Terceira island. Cheers, ~Kara p.s. sorry her part is so short! I had to cut each solo down to around a minute to fit into youtube's limitation.. |
