Yes I agree you should not restrict yourself at all. Some people may just use gender and age constraints, which still leaves plenty of options. Going further than that or much much further is fine too, but restricting yourself to one personal give or take a few traits seems a bit ludicrous. I think you should just peel away each restriction and see if it's really that bad. Odds are Nelly wouldn't beanyone on this entire forum's perfect match.

Also, I have been depressed on and off since hearing that Nelly was pregnant a year ago. It has made me feel kind of lonely and sad on the inside, and maybe alone on the outside. It has also made me want a Nelly-type more as well. At least I've kept all this to myself (outside this board, not telling those around me). I am an introverted, introspective person, and most times self-centred, but not always. I also have feelings for others, and I try to respect them and even not hurt others' feelings. Now that I'm gradually getting over it, let me just say something:

you shouldn't care so much about her personal life...think of her as a cartoon character who makes music. Cartoon character because that's what celebrities are in a way. Unattainable and animated for our entertainment.
So just live a little and embrace EVERYONE.
