so about the date of the dvd'release, everything it depends on weekdays when the dvd's and cd's are released... so in portugal whether dvds or whether cds, they are released here on mondays, so that's why dvd will be released here on november,19 cuz it's on a monday...
and maybe the same happens in the netherlands, the dvd's and cd's are released on fridays so the dvd will come out on november,16 on a friday... so as dorith was saying the "loose live dvd" will be at the stores on november, 16 but not in all european countries... cuz the dvd will be at the stores sonner in some countries like others... i hope i was clear to you, guys
