Um, maybe because award shows generally tend to overlook talent and just go with the popular vote, especially when it's a show backed by MTV . . . and also it might be because Powerless and Try and Forca were never played on MTV, ever.

yeah here in Australia we hardly hear anyhting about Nelly, all my info comes from o/s.
