no it isn't, actually they considered Spain as latin country cause they speak spanish, brazil was considered as latin country cause it's located on America.

I'm proudly from mexico, I was born there and all but let's say I'm half peruvian since my mum it's peruvian and most of my family it's on Peru, but I usually go to Peru on holidays like now!

Oh of course Portuguese people are latin!
Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Romenia are considered to be latin coutries right because of what you said, nel1! In fact, Portuguese and Spanish were the main settlers of south and central america! Hence, much of your Folklore was influenced by ours, including the language, and that's why you mexicans, brazilians, whatever, are also said to be latin, not the opposite... Some lack of culture going there... |

cool, and yes Portugueese people are latin talking about the cultura, the language etc., but is not considered a latin country cause it inst in Latinamerica, is in europe, and Spain is not a latin country spain is considered a country "hispano" not latin, but they are latins as portugueese are and italians are
