I think he's just calling it The "Nelly Furtado" poncho bc it's the similair to the one she wore in the Folklore booklet. the only un-legit thing I see with it is that he's using Nellys name to sell it, but other than that.

I think that it is called "Nelly Furtado" by the colour green u know, the nelly's colours (orange-yellow-green)
