Myspace and Nelly
has anyone checked it out lately? the bio was definitely not written by nelly or the record company. for several reasons:
-"Portiiad" which i think is supposed to be Portishead -She mentions "Brazilian music and material by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Amalia Rodrigues" Khan is NOT Brazilian but Indian/Pakistan (not sure which but def not Brazilian) but she doesnt mention Caetano Veloso, an idol she mentions frequently a remember a while ago there was a post about someone hacking the furtado myspace and adding that terribl song after the record company decided to take it over, but clearly someone has taken over again. APPAULING!

yeah its fake, basiclt run by a fan or Tom the guy who owns myspace would just create a profile for a band, etc. Bascily every band has one but they don't evne nkow about it and pple post messagers saying "OMFG YOU MUSIC ROCK SO DOES THE BIG1111!!!!" thinking they fav artist will see it but they won't. its all fake.

occasionally, there will be a band page that is actually run by the band or someone that really knows them...but mostly, i think its just so that fans can put the artists music on their page.
