Last night I saw Mel C perform live at an industry showcase here in Sydney.

OH MY GOD!

She is awesome live!

She was told she was going to be doign 3 songs and she didn't wanna just do 3 songs so she doubled it

So her setlist was:

Better Alone
Next Best Superstar

Then.... Us down the front were screaming so loud for an encore she came back and sang Goin' Down.

it was sooo cool!!

Her voice is amazing live, and she is so sweet, she kept smiling at me and this other chick who were both singing along to every word and after here & Now she was like "It's good to see some of you guys singing along with it being a relatively new record" and looked at both of us! hehe
It was amazing to here some of the new songs live and also a couple from her first album "Northern Star" So amazing!!!

After her performance I stayed at the front and she came over and I got her to sign my Beautiful Intentions Cover as well as took a photo with another couple beside me.

I then walked back over to the people I came with and then we ended up going upstairs for a photo with her, so there was a whole group of us in it and there I got her to sign the back of my laminate that I got when I arrived, its all personalised and everything!! yay!

So hope she comes back here on tour! it is resting on how well the album does here, so this is my plea to all the Aussies (and even the non-Aussies! hehe) on the board, go and buy the album!!! it is awesome and it only $19.99 at HMV at the moment! thats a bargain for such an awesome record!

Sounds awesome! I love her Northern Star song. She once had a concert here but it didn't turn out well since she wasn't in good shape. glad to hear she's doing great again.

yeah Northern Star was like the ultimate album! it was like the anthem for my life the year it was released! i listened to it non-stop! haha

that sux the gig didn't turn out too well back then tho.
She is back now and looking amazing and sounding amazing!
