Haha let's not start another big discussion/debate, etc. on the matter.

Like I've said, I'm not one to stand in her way and I'm not some crazed fan who will feel she's deserted me and so i'll burn all her cds. Every musician changes and develops their style. I just move on if I don't like the new stuff and they will change their style again so there's always a chance to come back.

Buuut I don't really wanna comment on her direction. I haven't heard the album yet.

Suffice it to say I just can't stand the song haha. I'm just not afraid to say I think it's awful. But I thought Fresh Off The Boat was awful too. Promiscuous Girl is just another song of today's hip-hop-pop style that would cause me to change station straight away if I heard it on the radio. The radio doesn't really suit me though and I don't traditionally listen to pop.

I like the songs but the guy singing in there really turns me off at times, it just seems like a clash to me, It reminds me of the way some of them get in my sisters face and force themselves on her with some of the pick-up lines which Ive heard a million times I guess his lines could have been a bit more creative Nelly's are perrrrrrrrrrrrrfect for getting me in a frisky mood, especially the way she says "dont be mad, dont be mean" wow its like my speakers are having an orgasm when that line comes across, I love it!

and well said peewee, yes please let's not have another hot topic about that. To me, PG sounds much less-Nelly than Maneater does...I think Maneater is a great song, very different, and does not sound anything like SOS whoever said that haha.

I can't believe she changed the first single back to "Promiscuous GirL'. "Maneater" would definitely be the bigger hit.

... perhaps they know that .. the first release will get people's ears tuned to the new Nelly and the second (if it is Maneater) will build on that .. well that's what I'm hoping anyway
