Madonna - Hard Candy

Well, i came in this therad and saw that there wasn't a therad about the queen of pop MADONNA so i decided to do a post about her new album Hard Candy which drops out in April.

The first single is called 4 Minutes and probably everyone heard it, it features Justin Timberlake and Timbaland ^^

I really love the song i think it's great.. and well the video comes out in a week ! the 4th of april! i can't wait.. i'm sure it's gonna be great like the album, what do you think about this new album,
and "urban" stlye of Madge?

But I dont like the cover of the album. I think she doesnt look good on it.


Nelly Furtado talks about Madonna new album


"Journalist Manuel Valencia Silva asked Nelly Furtado about Madonna's new album, and here is his report for DrownedMadonna.com.

Nelly Furtado performed in Chile’s Viña del Mar Festival and after the show she held a press conference when she was asked by Manuel Valencia Silva about the new Madonna’s album and the work of Timbaland as a producer for the Queen of Pop (after he worked with her, creating a new style) and she said:

"Madonna’s great. We met two weeks ago in a fund raising event. She’s a generous, creative person who I admire. So, she likes to experiment and she likes contemporary sounds, so no wonder she chose to work with Timbaland."

and one more thing,
without 'loose' there wouldn't be this whole madonna+timabalnd thing.

Honestly, I believe this teaser is awesome. We're pure human beings against her. Though, I hoped for non-mainstream collaborators, I think the final product will be very good. She's the queen, whatever that means.

Well with the timbo and loose thing you are totally right

this is her new style, a little bit trashy but cool at the same time

i can hear NOTHING of madonna in this song so you can't call it her style.
it could be a justin song.
it's not even that good vocally.

and if i had imagined tim and her working together some time ago i would have thought that something a king and a queen could produce will come out of it, but this song is pretty weak.

Timbaland is so friggin' over used . i mean most songs this year is either features timberland (or his faithful hound Justin Timberlake) or is produced by him.


like one of you guys said, If it weren't for Loose, there won't be any Timbaland/Madonna. and 4 minutes can do without Justin TImberlake's verses. i swear if i hear his falsetto one mroe time, i will scream! >.<

Well.. nothing is a bit too much! i mean of course you can hear her! and it's not a new style.. she never did something like that.. madonna isn't known for doing new styles.. she is known to do styles a bit better.. and the sound of 4 Minutes is something that you never heard of madonna and timbaland..the horns are awesome
