M.I.A. - Bird Flu
Damn me if this isn't the single funkiest song of the year. I just caught the video on IMF and wow. The beat was all sorts of awesome. Great great song. For those who haven't heard it, it's on her myspace.
Also I was not aware that Serj Tankian from SOAD had remixed her single "Galang". Gonna have to get that.

i can't wait for her album.
i like 'boyz' better than 'bird flu'. it will be the first official single too. too bad there's no hq mp3 of it yet. i also saw her performing a timbo produced song called 'jimmy', but i'm not feeling it, it sounds like abba...lol anyways, she's GOD  |
