Ok if I may implant this Idea, it took 1 month after recording was done for Velvet Revolvers album Contraband to be released, now tell me where does 5-6 months go? I'd say January tops! its crazy! I dont want to sound like a en-raged fan but geeze what is the hold up? I think I have to agree with Joey here and say that they gave that date to shut us up for now. Nelly said 1 week till finnish so I give it another month or 2 January tops! sorry for sounding like a broken record but that date is too far outa the fkn way to be serious! and if it is serious, sombody screwd up and its not Nelly!

it is always about timing.
just because an album is finished, doesn't mean it will be released straight away,t ehre are other factors to be considered. such as the fact that christmas is coming and record companies always release a heap of christmas albums aroudn this time to ensure that they make enough $$ and to hit the amount of $$ that they need to hit for the year.
And yes Nelly is busy with Nobody's Hero and she needs to have enough time to go out on the road to promote this album properly.
First quarter, 2006. it will be here sooner than we think.

the songs will be allready a year old by the time it comes out new old album anyone? who says you cant promo an album and shoot a movie at the same time, there are so many music artists now who have movies and probably are shooting 2 at a time and making an album too. Is Nelly going to be shooting that movie 24/7 everyday till April? doubt it!. Its an independant Film, meaning the budget isnt going to be that big and shooting for the movie will be done in a month, just because the budget wont allow for it to be shot over an extended period of time.

We should all listen to Lynda. She makes a lot of sense. Once the CD is out, the wait won't matter anymore. I'm just thankful we will be getting another masterpiece from Nelly.
