Excluding me, I am not asking for Maneater nor Loose, means I won?t buy her new crap. Hope she will change again but this commercial stuff isn?t worth the money. It seems that a lot of people are blinded by the hip-a-like Timbaland.

Thats your opinion, and you have your right to express it. But most people are obviously not saying the same thing if her album hit #1.

There is far more to the number of albums sold than the quality of the album. The music's accessibility and marketability are a couple of the largest factors and, of course, how well the actual marketing is executed. If you believe otherwise, the record companies have duped you into believing what they want you to believe. Label execs have even admitted to consistently choosing mediocre, middle-of-the-road artists to promote because they're the easiest to sell since they represent no extremes.

Also, to those who keep calling her new work "commercial"...her music has always been commercial (she's on huge commercial major labels...her stuff isn't exactly esoteric and obscure), just not this severely, perhaps.

But anyhow...it's great that Nelly's #1 in Germany!!!!!
