well I don't know if anyone else knows who she is but I recently discovered her by accident while looking on an "O.C." soundrack.
The song "They" is my favourite, it's pretty good IMO  go HERE to see the video, you have to scroll down a bit untill you see "watch jem's new video" I would check it out, it's pretty good!
