Heya guys,
I'm TreeGirl (Rachel). How are you? I'm new on this forum, Lynda (member of Rogue Traders forum also) mentioned she was part of a Nelly Furtado Forum so I asked her about it and here I'am!!

I have both of Nelly's albums and love them both. My all time favourite Nelly song would be Try. I love it, it's gorgeous.

I'm from South Australia, Australia. I have lived here all my life. I'm 20 years old and have a boyfriend who I've been with for almost 3 years.

Other artists I like include: Missy Higgins, Rogue Traders, Delta Goodrem, Ben Lee, Kelly Clarkson, P!nk, Avril Lavigne and many, many more!

I look foward to posting on this forum alot and getting to know you guys more.

Feel free to ask me anything if you feel the need to!

Hey Rachel. Since I can ask you anything, may I call you Rachel instead of TreeGirl? TreeGirl just sounds a bit derogatory lol. Or you could explain where the name came from hehe.

I'm a good friend of Lynda's (as I guess most of the forum is hehe) and I used to be a bit of a Missy Higgins freak.

Back when the album had just been realised I saw her many many times, with my friend who now runs her forum, and got to meet her etc and her album was all I would listen to. I played it to death and now I've kinda moved on but I'm still a big fan.

I'm from Brisbane if you were wondering. The more Aussies here the merrier. Enjoy your stay!

Peewee: Hahaha. You can call me Rachel if you wish, but I'm better known as TreeGirl. It's a strange name and people often wonder why I'm named that. Basically the reason for my name is that my boyfriend's last name is 'Tree'. All throughout his life, he's been called 'Treeman'. When we got together, I was automatically labelled as 'TreeGirl'. It's stuck ever since.

I understand your point with Missy, I was the same with Delta Goodrem. I had over 500 articles on her and then one day I woke up and thought 'I'm over collecting articles, but I still love Delta!'.

Leesa: The Aussie Music scene rocks! We have so many talented artists.

Definately need to embrace them!!
