Yes in switzerland it's the 16 november too !! yeah i found some more infos on a swiss cd page.. the source was always right for me.. so i hope it's right this time too
the tracklist is awesome ou and a question... are we sure that the dvd is from toronto?? why should she chose a pic like this?? in toronto she had the curly hair..hmm  http://www.cede.ch/de/music-dvd/default.cfm

That's what I thought too.. but that German article I posted confirmed it is the Toronto concert.. but maybe we'll have some extras from other dates? I hope so..
