Monday the 5th of April in Lissabon the UEFA confirmed that 'Forca' is the official them song of Euro 2004.
The first game of the European Footy game will be played on saturday the 12th of june. Nelly will sing 'forca' live on sunday 4 July. Nelly says;'Forca is about love for the game, for sport and for life.' Forca is Portuguese for 'power' and 'let's kick ass!' Forca will be a single. And in June 2004 there's gonna be a Portuguese version, says Alan Ridley, from the UEFA. On friday the 30th of April, Nelly will begin her American tour in Chicago. This lasts for 3 weeks, the last one is on May 19 in Los Angeles. The European tour will begin the 10th of june at the Rock In Rio-festival and will end the 1st of July in Utrecht, Holland.
