The USA has many faults in its system, but so do all other countrys, surely. America was the first democracy because we broke our chains from the Europeans and we are Europe's rejects and we play the game better than they do thats why theres so much hate for us. You had best be glad and sound off that you love our government and be glad somebody like Saddam Hussein doesn't have our military or the whole world could be taken over in a short time with our military in the wrong hands. the Mexicans who risk their lives to jump the border into America would disagree with you Peewee about America.

Its not perfect but we are totally independent of everyone on Earth we dont need others to survive. We choose who lives and we choose who dies, by this I mean we give Aid to almost every country on earth and we also created the UN which is the peace keeper and law enforcer.

Our country spends 450 billion on Military and Defense each year more than the next closest 14 highest military spending nations combined and it is only 3.5% of our national income. We have the biggest mix of cultures seen any where on earth. We are the richest country on Earth and the most generous country seeing how much aid we give. If we stopped giving aid and became selfish like all other country's we all could live like kings and queens here and we'd all have health care and retirement plans but since we share the wealth its not as spread out as nicely.

We also have a unreported stock pile of 130,000 nuclear warheads and bombs just in case.

Tell somebody from Laos that America is not the greatest country on Earth and they will spit in your face and laugh because in the 1970's during Vietnam we paid for housing, Food and gave them a tax break for 8 years and gave them plane tickets to live in the USA to free them while they were being invaded by the North Vietnamese.

Also what other country on Earth gives its enemy's and their civilians food and supply drops while we are at war with them? It is because we care about others that almost 3,000 Americans are dead in Iraq. If we didn't care about others Iraq could have been won in the first 48 hours.

What other country on Earth can a son of a fascist Austrian become Actor and Governor in the United States just off of what he had in his pocket when he came here (yes I'm Talking about Arnold!). This is a free land of opportunity that is totally independent from other country's and that is why America is so great. The processors in your computers have origins in the USA (AMD and Intel are American company's), your internet is controlled and invented by the USA.

Nobody controls us and I mean nobody to be honest, Iraq was an Illegal war it truly was but it was a necessary war to route out evil regimes. Tell me which one of the country's on Earth will have the balls to tell us politically that it was an illegal war and punish us? the answer is no one. We are 51% of the UN. Deep inside everyone there is an American trying to get out. I believe and our country's values believe that all people are created equal and deserve to be free and voice there opinions. Anyone who says we dont have real free speech here better look close.

My sister got picked up by a cop for a broken taillight, she then told him in her opinion he was an ass hole and he did not threaten any action to punish her for that, Other places on Earth would.

Rodrigo America isn't Canada and the USA and mexico put together, America is the United States. Mexico and Canada plus the US are considered North America which is a continent. When somebody says "American" they are talking about somebody who is from the greatest country on Earth.

You can call this post ignorant and you can call it bull shit but every word in here is fact and you guy's know its true. There are so many beautiful country's on earth and so many interesting cultures that are infused in us that to say we hate any country means we'd hate part of what made us great. we envy everybody and we take parts from everybody's lives and roll it in to one to make America. Next time you guys want to say you hate America think of that.

Because the UN was founded by several countries, maybe the word United confused you. Because you apparently have no idea how the world looks like. And you have confirmed everything that was said in this thread, too.
The first Americans were the British who crossed the ocean and killed everyone that wasn't them, and later on even started fighting with eathother. I'm glad those people left our continent, same for the 'golden age' Dutch who had similar morals.

But indeed you are the richest country, with the largest army, and indeed noone can stop you. And I prefer your country to have this position to most other countries, e.g. the ones your country started a war in. The US rules in quite some sports, not in the world's first sport however. You rule in making music, except for classical music. You rule in science, and fortunately most american scientists are the opposite of the american politicians, and the 'market' of science is open for everyone. However they all work with German machines
