Esthero's OG Bi**h about Nelly?

I don't know if this has been discussed here and I don't want to open a can of worms or anything. I've heard that esthero's new song is about nelly (but she denies it). lets just say it doesn't paint a pretty portrait (in a nut shell she is saying she's the original, and this other girl has copied her). if you ask me I think she is talking about nelly, from the style of the song and vocals / lyrics. I like em both and will continue to but I wonder how much truth there is to what e is saying. they are obviously very different but there are some similarities as well. I'm sure nelly will take the high road with this one as she should. esthero sounds very bitter, it doesnt suit her well. I like cool sexy esthero. oh well the song is still pretty hot but nothing new.

other names have been thrown around ... the other one that kinda makes sense is Res. or maybe it's some girl no one even knows. I'd hope esthero wouldn't say such things about our girl. but most seem to think it's about nelly.

and I just read that track and field produced the track. I'm starting to think that the hoopla around it being about nelly is b.s.

in my opinion I think the song is about Fergie from Black Eyed Peas, if anyone.. because if you think about it, esthero use to sing with the Black Eyed Peas and now Fergie does instead full time and she definitely has the esthero sound going on.

I think nelly and esthero's voices are very similair, but a song doesnt necessarily have to be about someone in particular it could just be something catchy you thought of. anyway, I also think estheros style is much like the style portrayed in "Whoa, Nelly" which also makes them similair. but id pick nelly over her anyday, she's got a growing style with a sound that never ceases to catch my ear.
