Haven't seen the trailer yet, but I know it's with Tom Hanks. Now Tom Hanks is a good actor, but I think he's a bit too slow. Like "The Terminal", not much action, ... So I hope the movie won't end up being boring because of Tom Hanks. I'd rather have someone else to play the main character, like Al Pacino.

Don't forget Forrest Gump, he was kinda "slow" in that movie too!

I already saw the trailer, but yeah, it really seems promising.
Audrey Tautou looks very beautiful.
Tom Hanks looks different with that longer hair. He seems younger too.
I haven't read the book, so i don't know if the character he's playing is kinda young, but I've asked the book as a present for Christmas, so when I get it I will finally read it. I have seen so many documentaries about it already. I really think the whole story is very interesting.
Ron Howard is the director, and he knows how to make good movies, so I expect the movie to be good, but hey you never know these days, Cameron Crowe's 'Elizabethtown' wasn't that great either.

Well, the book is good, and very well written... in a "populesque" way. It reads too easy for me. There are some great subjects touched in the book, but I like more heavier literature. If you like the kind of stories with the Church involved and everything, I suggest "Imprimatur" & "Secretum" from the Italian couple Monaldi & Sorti. Their books cannot be printed in Italy.. Says enough
