Okay im really foolish with the computer some days
Usually i know how to do mostly everything

but i dont know how to lower my firewall settings

Someone help me please!

which firewall do you have? I think I can only set my own... have you gone through all the possible settings, searched around for it? Usually firewalls don't have that many functions, so you should find it just by trying

y6eah well the problem is im trying to play this game

And i keep getting this message

"Connection Failed due to maintenance or internet congestion"
Theyre not on maintenance any of thje times ive tried
ANd i have no idea what internet congestion is

Gawd im so despreate to play it

According to my dictionary it means there's excess traffic on the server. So it propably hasn't to do with your firewall.
You know, you should try googleing that game name with that failure message words "internet congestion" or "problem" or "doesn't work" or something. Usually people have had the same problem and are discussing it somewhere and that way you get to a thread about it. Try it out

with pronography or anything
