Is is true that Brasil is using our stadium here in Puerto Ordaz (the Venezuela) as one of the places for that world cup?

Some people are lobbying to get rid of the 'rotation system' that assigns each next world cup to a different continent, i.e. each continent gets to organize 1 WC every 24 years..because they think it's not fair that Europe is on the same level as e.g. North America as far as football is concerned
 If they manage, the Benelux (Belgium Netherlands Luxembourg) will probably sign in as a candidate for 2018.The UN have the same system for secretary-general; some say Ban Ki Moon wasn't really the best candidate around, but he was from Asia who's turn it was. While the perfect person with perfect experience and connections and knowledge, happened to be Scandinavian..  Oh wait you were celebrating your World Cup...congratulations!

Finally we'll have the world cup again! And I hope for the sake of this competition that Brazil won't win the next world cup, but only the 2014 one.
And the world will have the chance to see that Brazil is not a jungle full of primitive people.. (Sorry, I just watched Turists and I'm still pissed. hehe)
