Well I think it's in France, cuz the accent...and emm that interview is about ILAB, it's a sweet song and great video and he asked her if she's gonna make a movie because in the ILAB video she was awesome haha

Yeah, sounds more like French accent, not Belgian at all. That guy is translating all the time from French to English and vice versa and sometimes he speaks English with a strong, French accent. Thanks for the links, though!
BTW, I had a strange feeling that it was not Nelly. Her voice was different somehow. I dunno, maybe it's just because of the microphone. |
