I was just wondering... what is the song saying in the last chorus.. in the backgorund vocals.. I think in the spanish version is

"sólo sé que asÃ* es mejor, sólo asÃ* te amo, sólo sé que asÃ* es mejor"

But in the english version, I'm not sure... it's something of "wonderful"....

"all i want is wonderful, all i want is live"???????? do you know the right lyrics?

I'm almost sure (listening to the instrumental track) that it's:

All I know is wonderful

All I know is light

But it could be "love" instead of "know"...

well, I agree, it seems to be "all I know" there's definitely an l and an o But about the last, I guess Maca is right if he has the instrumental, but to me I can only hear " all I know is "li-i-ii" lol, then it blurs out, so I guess it can just repeat (wonderful - life) or be changed a little to wonderful-light, I think both would fit very nicely when it comes to meaning.

But what does that Spanish thing mean? Meybe something like (just guessing with poor Spanish skills )

It would translate to:

I only know that it's better this way, I only love you like this, I only know that this way is better.

But it doesn't make much sense. Taking it word for word and gramatically it's understandable, but it doesn't really make complete sense in Spanish.

^^ thanks, that's about what I thought. I think it's supposed to have poetic sense, which is obviously usually almost senseless. So I think Nelly could (and has) written something as odd in English too, but I still do agree that (as much (little) as I understand) the Spanish lyrics are way worse, they seem kind of too open, I mean not tight poetically in most parts. But I guess it's not much lower quality lyrics wise than some Loose songs?

Well, yeah. What I get from those lyrics, most of all, is evidence of a poor knowledge of Spanish, but you can see the meaning she meant for those and it is quite poetic. Just badly executed.

But much more profund than a lot of the Loose songs, anyway, so yeah, you're right about that.

Yeah, I guess it's a mixture of bad Spanish skills and not trying hard enough.
