Question Who are you?

Do you know who you are?

What defines a person?

The things that define who you are are not material things, but VALUES!

Values define who you are?

What do you value?(Make a list of ideas you value)

For example:

MY VALUES LIST:
-love
-honesty
-sincerity
-deep meaningful friendships
-personal growth
-compassion
-self-acceptance
-diversity
-tolerance
-moderation
-open-minded people
-good food
-life
-earth
-helping
-and more...

What I value makes me who I am because these are ideas that make up my true nature. I know who I am.

How a person combines their different values composes a belief. A group of beliefs are ideas that a person believes in.

What do I believe in?

I believe in my nature, because that exists inside of me. My nature is defined by what I value. Values make me who I am and those values are part of my nature.

Everyone values different things and they will combine their values in different ways. What works for one person doesn't work for another.

HOW TO FIND YOURSELF?
Write down all the ideas that you value and combine them in ways that agrees with who you are. What does your instinct say? What feels right to you? No one can tell you who you are, they can only pressure you to be what they think you should be. Most people want you to be like them because they think it's right. Accept eachothers differences and you will enjoy peace. Don't argue with someone you can't change because that's like talking to a wall. Instead find those people who you can relate to or accept you. Those who accept you are your real friends because they will never try to change you.
