50th Grammy Awards: Nelly Furtado gets 2 nominations

Well, The 50th Grammy Awards nominations will be announced tommorow in Los Angeles by Akon, Linkin Park and Taylor Swift. This topic will announce them also and any news about them. I have a feel Nelly will get more than one nomination I dunno why? What about U?

mohammed it's curious because i thought about of grammy's list of nominees, as they are going to be announced tomorrow...

well my predictions about the nominations for nelly, i have a feeling that she'll get 3 nominations (maximum) and not more than three...

and i think she is going to be nominated for
- Best Female Pop Vocal Perfomance with Say it right
- Best Pop vocal album with Loose

and finally for

- Record of the year with Give it to me


and i also have a feeling that amy winehouse will be the most nominated artist at grammy's awards because indenpendently if people like or dislike her, if people think that she is only a drunked girl who has no idea about her attitudes... amy has been having such a great year in her career and black to back has been collecting a good reception from the magazines, from the people who work in the music industry.. so it wouldn't surprise me if rehab will be nominated for best song

This one almost killed me, noms ppl getting majorly how they been doing in america charts at grammys, Amy ain't have any chance get any nom. But I feel sorry for her.

She can't be nominated for Pop Vocal Album because it was submitted last year..

I predict Pop Collab with Give it to Me and I'm hoping she won't be snubbed on Pop Vocal Performance with SIR.

i dunno, last year promiscuous and hips don't lie were both lost to a song by tony bentte or s.t like that, i think grammy gives their awards for 2 things: americans and classic songs, this year nelly with Say It Right (kinda classical like im like a bird) and Give It to Me (with justin whos american) so she has gr8 very gr8 chance to get nominations this year, and also the sub she got this year is for 7 catogries while last year she only got 4 or 5.

and.. i dont know. last year promiscuous was HUGE , and maneter did ok for song whitch havnt realsed. . . (#16 without an add date is more than amazing..) and she got just 1 !!

yeah the forum is sleeping nowadys yeah maneater did it well last year in US and Promiscuous was the hit of the whole summer there just like umbrella!! while steve wonder song was a flop lol
